Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. No Refunds

Because our products are digital goods that are delivered to you immediately upon payment confirmation (via Discord role assignment and/or download access), we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or store credit for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
• Accidental, duplicate, or unauthorized purchase from your own account.
• Dissatisfaction with performance, results, or how a script "feels" in-game.
• Incompatibility with your specific Cronus Zen firmware, console, controller, or game version.
• A game update, console update, or anti-cheat update that affects how the script works.
• Being banned, suspended, or otherwise penalized by a game publisher, platform, or third-party service.
• Losing access to your Discord account, email, or device.
• Failure to read product descriptions, requirements, or these Terms before purchasing.

2. No Chargebacks & No Payment Disputes

You expressly agree that you will not initiate, request, or authorize any chargeback, payment reversal, dispute, or "friendly fraud" claim with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor in connection with any purchase from CylixZens.

If you initiate a chargeback in violation of this policy:

• Your account, Discord roles, and access to all CylixZens products will be permanently terminated immediately upon notice of the dispute, with no refund.
• You and your associated identifiers (email, Discord ID, IP address, payment fingerprint, billing details) will be permanently blacklisted from all current and future CylixZens services.
• We will submit our full evidence package to Stripe and the card networks, including these Terms, your timestamped acceptance at checkout, delivery and access logs, and Discord activity, to defend the dispute as fraudulent.
• You authorize us to recover from you all chargeback fees, processor fees, currency conversion losses, administrative costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees and collection costs.
• We reserve the right to report the incident to fraud-prevention services and to pursue any other legal remedies available to us.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific in-game outcome, performance, undetectability, ban-avoidance, or compatibility with future game or platform updates. You purchase and use our products entirely at your own risk. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.

4. Why This Policy Exists

Digital products cannot be "returned". Once a script, configuration, or Discord access has been delivered, the value has been transferred and cannot be recovered. To keep our prices fair to legitimate customers and to protect the community from fraud, we enforce a strict zero-refund, zero-chargeback policy without exception.

5. Duplicate Charges

If, due to a technical error, you are charged more than once for the exact same product on the exact same account within 24 hours and access was only granted once, contact us immediately through our official Discord with proof. We will investigate and, where confirmed, void the duplicate charge. This is not a refund of the original purchase — only a correction of an accidental duplicate transaction.

6. Acceptance

By clicking "Pay" or otherwise completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy in full, and that you waive any right to dispute the resulting charge.
