- Order & payment information — products purchased, amounts, currency, timestamps, and a payment fingerprint or token returned by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account details. Payments are processed by Stripe under their own privacy and security terms.
- Discord information — your Discord user ID, username, and roles assigned by our system, when you connect Discord to your account.
- Technical information — IP address, browser user agent, referrer, device fingerprint, cookies, and basic page-view logs, used for security, fraud prevention, and abuse detection.
- Communications — messages you send us through Discord or other support channels.
2. How We Use Information
- To deliver the Products you purchase and assign your Discord access.

- Stripe — to process payments. Stripe receives the information necessary to charge your card and assess fraud risk.
- Discord — to assign and verify your roles when you connect your Discord account.

- Card networks, banks, and law enforcement — when required to defend a chargeback, comply with the law, enforce our Terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of CylixZens, our users, or the public.
